Zharkyn suddenly finds out that he has an adult daughter. Once in his youth, Zharkyn had a fleeting affair with a fellow villager. The lovers quarreled over some trifle, and the girl left for the city. The proud Zharkyn did not look for her, met another, got married and started a family.
