Set in Shinjuku's Kabukicho district, a town that never sleeps, a detective in charge of the Investigation Section 4, known as "Marubo", takes on the underworld, including numerous fights and terrorist attacks. T The Kinugawa clan has been decimated. Behind the scenes, the shadow of the Black Dragon is hidden. At the same time, a threatening letter arrives with an arson threat addressed to the Governor of Tokyo, and the security system is strengthened, but someone makes the first move.
