Mehdi “the Leopard” is released from prison after seven years, only to find Ghasem and his gang standing in his way — they have shut down his gambling den and driven the neighborhood to desperation. Mehdi helps an old woman, and her granddaughter Maryam — whose father is in prison — asks Mehdi to pretend to be her father in front of her friends.
