The host Kim Shin Young, who lost 38kg and has been maintaining a healthy body for 13 years, reveals her know-how and takes charge of managing the women’s weight in a fun way. The members who will work with Shin Young are Ha Jae Suk, Bae Yoon Jung, Go Eun Ah, Brave Girls’ Yujeong, YouTuber Kim Ju Yeon and Park Moon Chi.
